Confirmation of a booking is a binding agreement to pay for the Tour.
Payment must be made at time of booking unless otherwise agreed
No more than 20% can be added to any booking made through a third party
Maximum number of people 10
The tour or tasting “clock” starts at the agreed time regardless of what time the travellers arrive at the agreed rendezvous point [give or take 15 minutes]
Please let your host know if you need to be at an appointment following your tour so that you arrive in time
Food & Drink
Travellers or their agent must notify us of any dietary problems or allergies etc
All care will be taken to ensure the food consumed en route and the produce purchased in advance meets the requirements of the traveller
The traveller must take all necessary precautions and show due diligence to avoid any foods that could cause an allergic reaction [carrying an epipen, medication etc]
The company is not responsible for any products consumed that causes a negative reaction
Cancellation by the traveller or Agent [ Measured from time of your event e.g. 11.00 on 14th August ]
If you cancel a tour:
30 days or more prior to the tour there will be no charge
Between 8 and 29 days prior to the tour we will charge 25% of the total booking
Between 3 and 7 days prior to the tour we will charge 50% of the total booking
With less than 3 days notice you will be charged the full fee
Cancellation by the Tour Company [ Measured from time of your event e.g. 11.00 on 14th August ]
We may cancel a trip at any time up to 56 days before departure
We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, road or airport closure, extreme weather, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary.
If we cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund.
If we must cancel a tour due to illness of the Tour Guide you will receive a full refund and every effort will be made by us to find an alternative tour, most likely a winery tour with lunch.
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to taxis, restaurants, travel insurance or non-refundable flights.
If circumstances prevent us from running the tour as planned we will do all we can to devise an alternative tour, tasting or experience for travellers.
